In this work I present a woman lying down as a study of the female body, the figure is cut on a brownish background, with a very marked texture intentionally based on glazes to highlight precisely that painting based on brush and spatula. The intention of this work is to show the human essence in connection with a tranquility by stripping the background of the painting of superfluous elements. Through oil painting I explore the figure at rest playing with realism, symbolism and the elegance of minimalism. The color palette plays with transitions of warm and cold tones. This piece will radiate serenity in any space, offering a visual and emotional refuge.
