Saqib Akhtar is an independent visual artist and communication designer from Pakistan. Born and raised in Lahore, he has graduated in Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design from NCA, Lahore in 1985 with honors. His work has been displayed in local galleries as well as in Kuwait. He has worked with several renowned organizations including Hilton/Avari Hotel & The Punjab Bank in Pakistan and iPak, Direction Communication, Market Links, Four Films Printing Ltd. & Kuwait Oil Company in Kuwait. He has Exhibited his work in Al Hamra Art Council, Ejaz Art Gallery & Nairang Art Gallery Lahore and Boushahry Art Gallery, Kuwait. Teached Visual Communication Design as a Visiting Faculty Professor at NCA Lahore Pakistan. Presently teaching Graphic Design and Visual Art at University of Management & Technology (UMT), Lahore Pakistan as a Assistant Professor.
