ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Throughout human history the language of nature has been universal. The forest, the variety of living things it nurtures and houses, the diverse features of these creatures and their relationship with each other has always facinated me ever since I was a child. In a forest, the past and the future live side by side, just the same as it is for human beings. In a forest one can feel the depths of one's loneliness or feel at the heart of life itself… In my paintings I try to show this richness and depth that is in nature. Capturing the moments in nature, the state of the human being within the moment, nature's internal harmony, light that shines briefly and then passes and compositions that are there one moment and gone the next, are for me an endless source of inspiration and subject matter for my painting.

My pieces are mostly oil color and acrylic on mdf and canvas. I have completed my MA in Department of Printmaking so I have mastered techniques such as lithography, screen printing, etching, engraving, dry point and mezzotint and I have many pieces created using these techniques. I also sometimes do collages and illustrations.
