I'm a self-taught artist for going on 45 years. I fell in love with painting when i saw my mother pick up her brushes and have been hooked ever since. As a recently diagnosed autistic, the lack of figures and lonely landscapes that i gravitate to started to make a lot of sense. Gotta embrace this stuff. I'm always trying new thing with paint. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but you keep on trying. And like many of you I'm sure, I just have to paint. Recently I have been trying my hand at portaits. Lots of practice.
