"land & sea", Signature is on the back of the art work Painting

The light and the colours are a celebration of life. The inspiration for this work is the sea and the land during summer days here in New Zealand. I try to capture the beauty around me and transform them into an abstract art work. Many small and larger glass pieces collaborate and became one work of art. A unique piece. I work with glass and acrylic, which is a challenging way of creating art works. One of the reasons I'm working with this medium, it gives me endless options of creating. Because I have so many choices of how I can use the painted glass, the creative process does not need to stop after the painting process, which inspires me and leads me to an ever changing process and experimentation. Sadly the photographs never capture the real depth and beauty of the colours and diverse art works and through that I mainly sell my works to Clients who have physically seen my works in galleries or visit me in my workshop.
