Daniil Alikov (b. 1980) is a visual artist working primarily in Futuristic Abstraction, as well as using his own developed Techno Naïve visual language. Alikov’s mediums include painting, sculpture and assemblage. With extensive use of modern materials, equipment and techniques, Daniil creates artworks of the highest quality, meticulously crafted with an aesthetically pleasing yet novel, never-seen-before appearance. Alikov is represented by an art gallery in Richmond, BC, where he occasionally creates and curates conceptual art exhibitions and events. Alikov’s field of research addresses the challenge of novelty in visual arts and the problem of beauty in contemporary art.
