ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by all the death I have seen in my life. Everyone that raised me and lived with me as a child are all dead now. Death became common and ever present in my professional vocation dealing with victims of abuse and crime, as well as my personal suffering and sorrow. Most folks don't like to talk about death, see death or will do anything and everything to not even think about death. There is no LIFE without DEATH and vice-versa. You don't get one without the other! So Live and enjoy your life but don't forget to enjoy your death too. It's not really sad as it celebratory really. Those who accept death live a fulfilling life of love, laughter and joy.
