series _ ‘Threads’

Communication, relationship and sociality are essential for human beings. We have the abilities of communication, we have relationships and consciously or unconsciously we use these important abilities, as we can.
we are related to one other, as one gigantic body parts and our attitude to each another will determine the health and integrity of the entire body, so health of an organism determines the welfare of each particle. We live in the era of communications, but how deep is the relationship? That’s the important question.
In the series ‘’ Threads’’ we can see the human beings, wrapped in the threads. They are sparsely unreliable and they hold these threads untrastly. It is a reflection of the union between those human beings. The union, which is so necessary for us, humans. It shows that we depend on each other to a greater extent ,than it looks still we need is each other everywhere, in everything and always , we need the relationships more than we can imagine.
Yarns which are depicted in these works , reflect the communication. In spite of a highly simpliful emotions, they are totally loose and unstable.
Exaggerated expressive works transmit people’s distrust and fear to each other and to their aspiration. Therefore, the characters without hope are cold and brutal. And to pull this visible or invisible ties is a panacea.
The world grows smaller, the number of people has increased and there is the amount of the information. The society is exhausted, we haven’t time to think about the above-mentioned relationship deeply.
This is not the era of heroes and romantic painted works of art, where the athletic heroes with their strong arms pull the chains.
These are the minimalistic canvases, where the thin threads are depicted, which are suspended on the sagging cold arms.
