hi there, Bonjour à tous, Even all kinds of indifferent interpersonal relationships, distorted human nature, poverty and helpless life pressure, and false and insignificant reality ugliness and other suffocating negative energies continue to entangle our lives, and twisting us step by step into the unfathomable hell. However, there is still a wonderful and powerful gentleness and kindness within our body that can limit this menacing negative energy. In this work, pink represents the positive energy inherent in our body, pink surrounds the black-blue color blocks that represent negative energy, which interactive twisted with each other, and pink slowly infiltrate and dissolve them. Here is my art work number 1029 (91 x117cm Oil on Canvas) made in 2020. The inspiration for me to create this work was from a cross-disciplinary environment. I met a university professor in Taiwan who is engaged in aging society research. His name is Chinshan Chi. Professor Ji is practicing an elderly community with utopian idealism. During this contact, I realized the importance of how to balance the time limit of life and the diversified development of life connotation. There are more and more elderly people with various mental illnesses around me. No matter what brilliant life they have experienced when they are young, as they get older, they become more and more vulnerable. Once many people realize that they are old, you will never see their brilliance again. Many people have not done a good job of welcoming old age, they don't know how to finish the rest of life.
