Podorvanov Yury, was born in 1954 Donetsk region Ukraine. I started drawing at the age of 8. I drew a lot at school and at home. Art circle in parallel combined with the circus team, gymnastics, weightlifting and participation in a rock band as a guitarist-vocalist. I was enrolled in a commercial technical school with a specialty, an artist decorator, did not accept ... it is not my trade ... to see me. During my service in the Soviet Army, I was actively involved in the design of "demobilized albums", as well as in the design of private and public interiors. After the army, he entered the music school for a choir department and a musician. From the period of 1972 to 2013 he was absorbed in musical activity. In 2014, I was pleasantly surprised that 40 years later the ability to paint was not lost and then I first touched the oil paints. My teachers were and still are the contemporary artists Igor Sakharov, Vladimir Volegov, and the masters of the past years whose lessons I watch in Youtube. I attend Internet education in various subjects from teachers of art academies, lectures of art critics that are broadcast on the network. I like to write portraits, genre scenes, landscapes, still lifes, city landscapes. I write in a realistic manner, I try myself in the style of impressionism. I try to write every day. Since 1981 I live in Tallinn Estonia.
