About The Artwork
Oil on Wood door. My works are internalized visions rendered in paint. The plant forms and bottle are drawn from the imagery in my psyche and set in a contradictory landscape show the struggles of life. The sensual plant forms symbolize sexuality the phallic roots and tendrils are about reproduction while the empty bottle expresses isolation and the repression of emotion that accompanies the creative process.
