Without thought to method or medium, I took fancy to the thing I thought I could work with best--automotive enamel--fluid, quick-drying, glossy and lends itself to manic splattering, the better to vent my creative release. My style Fluidity art showcases the female form in varying emotional contexts as expressed only in color and the visual language of my particular paint on the canvas--dripping, melting, at times fluttery, at times rugged with texture.

Philippines
Born in 1963, is one of the most innovative and controversial Filipino artist. Her talent as an artist showed at an early age. Her paintings employed a meticulous academic technique that was contradicted by the unreal "˜dream' space she depicted and by the strangely hallucinatory characters of her imagery. She described her work as "˜hand painted dream portraits' and had certain favorite and reoccurring images, such as human figure, bent and flowing as if image is melting. Candida's style grew increasingly experimental. However, her art works were roundly attacked by critics for their fantastical imagery and their bold decorative style. In the late months of 2010, Candida continued her series of portraits. She viewed these as "studies" works which would continue to refine her craft in preparation for her most ambitious work to date. Her mature style combined richly decorative surface patterning with complex symbolism and allegory, often with overtly erotic content. Candida continually sought to better herself to acquire new ideas and explore new techniques as a means of becoming the artist she truly aspired to be. She had accomplished as much as she could. It was now time to explore new horizons and begin a journey which would further refine her craft.
