About Anders Dejgaard Danish Painter, Born 26.04.1962 I left Copenhagen some 20 years ago to build a house and studio in the forests north-west of Copenhagen. I am greatly inspired by, and emmensely enjoying working and living with my family in this natural surrounding. Nothing beats a totaly dark winter night with the crystal clear milkyway hovering over my dimly lit studio like a duvet. My artistic work is based on the attemt to interwov thoughts about existens, spirit, technology and nature. To address such universal themes as Mortality, religion, mythology and philosophy.
