Penguin / SOLD Painting

Born and raised south of Detroit, MI. At eighteen my family moved to the east coast where I attended college at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. From there I left for New York City where I spent years as an art director in advertising agencies honing my skills in visual communication. This is where my love for a single, powerful image combined with minimal copy deliver an even more powerful statement than either could alone. This is the underlying force in my art. When achieved at the highest level it transcends what I can convey in my own words and hopefully touches another person in unexpected ways. I target the head and the heart. If my aim is true, emotions will be stirred and thoughts provoked. I hope you enjoy.
