About The Artwork
Hand embroidered linen, cotton, and silk with cotton threads. All paneling is of contrast fabrics and creates a unique texture on which the subject matter is anchored. Lurex detailing on the hat and glass beading on pretzels. Subject matter is meant to appear random and facilitate day dreaming. The medium is clean but still shows the human hand.
