About The Artwork
36" x 48" painting on cradled panel comprised of painted paper elements collaged together to form the final composition. Inspired by the layered surfaces of european billboards, the colors and shapes, some of them letter-like, recall vintage advertisements. The painting has a rich, tactile surface with conspicuous ridges that accentuate the physicality of paint and paper. The piece is framed with a simple natural wood lattice edge visible in the installation view. Painting is professionally crated at no additional cost.
