About The Artwork
This one was painted in the last days of year 2017. I've been listening to some classical music and desided to complete this year with my musical art piece :) It depicts a teddy who loves music, loves to play various musical intstruments and make his own arrangements for popular songs and themes. He's just like me, actually :)) So it's some kind of a self-portrait :)) Oil on sturdy board, kinda masonite 40x50cm (approx.16x20”) Painted entirely from life in alla prima, or wet-on-wet technique. Inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci and Diego Velázquez, my favorite masters of the past :))
