About The Artwork
I painted stags in the summer on Keats Island in 2017, studies on wood when they emerged to eat berries or drink water. Now I have added more detail and paint to render the feeling of coming upon these grand majestic animals intent on eating. They seemed to give me a glance and carry on. These are on wood which was easy to deal with outdoors. I will be posting more as grouped together they make a fine display, horizontally, vertically or four grouped together in a square formation.
