Street Art and Pop Art merges into ironic subjects inspired by cinema, music, animal world, contemporary world. The paintings are framed by ornate stamps that give a sort of universality. The paintings are inspired by song titles (for now Bowie and U2) that evoke ideas and feelings that usually do not coexist with the lyrics of the songs themselves; can inspire memories, ideas, moods, characters etc. A bit of controversy, a bit of irony, a bit of cynicism. The basis of painting often resembles a wall where anyone can make a mark and the subjects are mixed with the base but at the same time, they are pushed out.
