About The Artwork
Combining linear and organic shapes, hard and soft edges, and transparency and opacity to create a luminous and spatial abstract arena. Painting is made with gouache, watercolor and acrylic on a 60" x 48" stretched canvas that has been prepared with a traditional gesso ground of marble plaster. The edges have a 1 3/4" profile, are gallery wrapped (no staples) and finished so no frame is required. Featured artist with Crate and Barrel My work has also been featured in West Elm, Misc magazine, Southern Living magazine and others.
