A Man is a Man, when a Man is on the Road - Limited Edition of 50 Photograph

I took this picture on a historic roman road in Bulgaria, where I have seen this person walking down the road many times. On this day the composition and the light was so perfect, that I decided to save the moment on film. Afterwards, I offered to drive him to his destination, but he refused by answering that he always walks because "more you walk more you will see, and happier you will be, a man is a man, when a man is on the Road. I will never forget this proverb that stayed with me and now marks the title of this work. Edition 22/50, gelatin silver print. This image is taken on Orwo 35mm film made in Germany, and printed on Fohar paper made in Bulgaria during the communism. There are also inkjet prints available in various sizes for lower prices.
