"As Jaci Watches - Ed. of 3" Photograph - Limited Edition of 3

I consider myself a painter who uses photography, a “photo-painter”capturing deep emotions and moods hidden from sight. I make them visible and felt. My practice is rooted in both artistic intuition and scientific precision, informed by a dual background in biology and classical music. 

I never stop innovating. While my techniques evolve through meticulous post-production, the heart of my practice remains a deep investigation of the unseen — into emotions and realities that lie beneath the visible surface. In my work, innovation is not a stylistic choice — it’s a necessity. 

 Many of my photographs are allo-realistic and evoke synesthetic responses. They blend a realistic base with subtle unreal elements that challenge perception while remaining believable (allo-realism) — and may also trigger sensations beyond vision, like sounds, scents, or tactile impressions (synesthesia).

 A former scientist, I moved to California to study at the Brooks Institute of Photography. I now live and work between Italy and Brazil. 
From international assignments to teaching, my path has led me to fine art photography, where I explore the boundary between vision and creation. My artistic work is also featured on ArtMajeur and in my online gallery, innovativefineart.
