Bellville 2008 Series: Homeless Landscape #16 Print

This series captures the early morning stories of Bellville South Africa back in 2008. The stories capture the everyday scenes of South Africa before the corruption takes over and steals the joy of the people. A new beginning like always brings hope. All photos of this series were taken with my K100 35mm, and no post-production or editing was done to communicate the raw, pureness and reality of the lives of the people in Bellville, South Africa. This photo is Homeless Landscape #16 is a picture of homes on open city spaces. Poverty is destructive to landscapes, city and the human daily living. It addresses the issues that we don't see the lives in the rubbish at all, it has become part of our daily landscape of not seeing people in their homeless state.
