About The Artwork

Fire is one of the core healers in many medicine traditions. Fire allows for rapid transformation. It provides the avenue to let go of the old story and drama, to transform, to renew and to be reborn. Both women and art have been censored and violated for centuries...We suffered so much that we forgot our sacredness, our natural beauty. Through the destructive power of fire I release the pain of all the women before me, healing deeply the scars, purifying the sacred feminine. In burning the past, you leave yourself free to claim a brighter future.

In the same year Nike chose her as a Brand Ambassador as artist representing female strength. In 2018 in Milan she exposed the project #FreeThePixel, a rebellion against body censorship.
