The Chicago Cubs finally won the World Series after a 108-year drought. During the final playoffs the long-suffering Cubs fans began writing their heart-felt wishes and congratulations on the walls of Wrigley Field using pastel chalk. The entire park was covered in memorials and well-wishes, an amazing sight to behold which I determined to document with my photography. "WE DID NOT SUCK" is a play on Manager Joe Maddon's catch-phrase "Try not to suck".

As a photographer born and raised in the City of Chicago, a living architectural museum, I'm continually surrounded by every conceivable style of architecture. With that as my inspiration I set out to isolate the elegant patterns found within the facades and interiors of architecture and public art and invite you to take a look at my "Different View" of these historic and innovative structures. I've recently (2022) relocated to Dallas, Texas and will continue my photography in this new location.
