About The Artwork
"Chaotic Blues Series- Vol I" was created with my SplashArt Abstract Art technique (paint and water morphing). I then capture digital photos with minimal digital enhancement to show enrichment of color and detail. Chaotic Blues is inspired by natural elements. The color blue reminds me of summer vacations at the beach as the ocean water can be so chaotic because it changes colors, glistens in the sun and clashes and mixes about. *All photos are taken using a DSLR Nikon camera, an 18-55mm lens using simple camera techniques and printed on professional archival photo paper • I officially sign all work • A certificate of authenticity will be given, * Only a 100 OE max will be sold

Mixed-Media Artist Former K-12 Visual Fine Arts Educator Community Volunteer Social Justice/Environmental Art Activist I'm a lifetime artist-educator inspired to create by using traditional methods, self-expression, and new media techniques. I draw inspiration from patterns of nature, portraits, animals, and the environment around me. My art depicts personal life experiences and social and environmental concerns. Currently, I'm creating abstract photography by the acrylic pour painting method combined with a technique I call "splashart"- by which water and paint splash together. Simultaneously, I capture still images of the paint and water transitioning and morphing to create abstract paintings. Professional photography prints are then produced. When necessary, digital enhancement is used to enhance the quality of images.
