ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This was taken on my second visit to New York, it was early in the morning before the crowds arrived. I live in Brighton, a seaside town in the UK & wanted to capture the seaside visit that seems to connect to so many peoples childhood. I have emphasised the colours & lighting to have a 50's vibe. There are 4 in the series, each life guards chair was different. NOTE there is 7.5 cm extra white space is added onto image size
