Corona Series 07 is a one of a kind photogram, produced by placing objects on silver gelatin b&w photographic paper, exposed, and developed in the darkroom. These photograms take their inspiration from abstract drawings, finding analogs for lines in the material world and using those objects to create a cameraless photograph. Surrealism, music, and dream imagery all contribute to the final image.

I am a Cleveland based artist, photographer, educator, curator, radio programmer, and musician. My art straddles the worlds of photography and drawing, incorporating printmaking and camera-less photographic processes. My commercial work includes portraits, events, and editorial photography. I am also an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in photography at Cuyahoga Community College and elsewhere. From 2008 until 2018 I was the owner and curator of Silver Scuro Studio and Gallery (formerly Mastroianni Arts), a gallery and studio space, where I exhibited the work of area artists and other arts related events. My work is included in many private and corporate collections, including Progressive Insurance, University Hospitals, and The Cleveland Clinic. I have exhibited my work in numerous solo and group shows, curated dozens of exhibits in my own gallery, and have served on many exhibition juries. More at
