My main interests are processes in culture that can be described as an evolutionary phenomenon. The definition of evolution assumes the change, adaptation, development or decline of a given population. People in their mass are a denial of this mechanism. Theoretically, we learn, develop, discover, but mentally we are all the time stuck in the same point that can also be determined by a recurring cycle. This phenomenon must lead to extermination, just like cancer cells - destroying the entire body. I wonder if this can be stopped by provoke into self analyzing and drawing. For me, photography is a fulfillment of my passions related to learning about the structure of time. Taking a picture itself is magic, it makes me feel like I'm touching its structure. The choice of exposure parameters is just that opportunity . The opportunity to see what is hidden from our visual perception. A photo taken at 1/8000 second will have a different character and a 30-seconds exposure will be completely different. However, the act of stopping time, regardless of the parameters or the theme of the photo, is fascinating and addictive for me. In principle, the whole history of art, in particular painting, influences my work. When I work on a new project I wonder how to illuminate the character, or in what pose it should be, I always remind myself of the works of old masters, but not only the formal solutions themselves, but also the history of the work itself plays an important role. In 'Hotel Medusa', in creation of Lady Europe, I was inspired by the portrait of Marie Antoinette by Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun. This is not only a portrait, it is a record of the history of a symbol of a woman with decisive views, brave to the end. Starting from the scandals associated with clothing ending with a heroic attitude in the face of death. I love to connect. Both different periods of art and technology. When, being a teenager already in love with photography, for the first time I saw the works of the Polish photographer Ryszard Horowiz for the first time, I just couldn' sleep. That was it, I already knew which way I was going. When I thought that my workshop was not satisfying for me, I worked on special effects in the film for several years. This gave me freedom of movement in post-production techniques of the image and thus creative freedom.
