About The Artwork

Spending time at home really allows for one to analyze the nature of our surroundings; whether that's a trip to the forest or even in our own backyards. Regardless, we come face to face with the importance of the natural world (and all its wonders) and how important it is to protect and appreciate all that it has to offer us. The Monarch Butterfly is a creature of whimsy and classic beauty. Their strength and resilience is nothing short of amazing as they (can) trek over 3000 miles a year to lay eggs in warm climates. The Monarch, however, is in grave danger of becoming extinct. Western monarchs have declined by more than 99 percent since the 1980s. Eastern monarchs have declined by an estimated 80 percent. One way we can help to save the Monarch is by planting more Milkweed, for them to lay their eggs and for caterpillars to eat, and other nectar flowers for fuel to make their long journey. We have to learn to protect our environments, one step at a time. If we don't, we run the risk of exhausting all our natural resources and all the wonderful (and necessary) creatures that inhabit the world. - This artwork is a unique piece printed on Hahnemühle William Turner paper. The image dimensions are 36in x 48in with a .39in border making the external dimensions 36.8in x 48.8in. Your fine art print will be quality controlled and printed at the highest quality standards. Signed / Dated on reverse. Rolled & Tube Shipped. Exclusive Edition of 1

Art is seductive. You may not think you need it. But it feels SO GOOD when it finally arrives. The titillation as you unwrap the package. The rush you feel when your dinner guests pine over your exquisite taste. Even a person who notices nothing will definitely notice the grandeur! The only thing better then securing such valuable art? Is being the ONLY one that secures it. A piece, all your own. Guaranteed. - Liz Mares (USA, 1978) has sold her artworks across 5 continents.
