This product of creation is included in a dialogue with the urban , architectural and natural space. The desire for abstraction finds inspiration on the inorganic, abstract, and usefulness of the lifeless object. This strange monumental form plays ironically with the sizes and materials. Beyond the social engagement for a call to recycling, civic accountability, Contemporary fossils remains something intimate in everybody's imagination. It's an act of empathy. The Contemporary Fossil Concept was born over a reflection on the infinite mass of plastic bottles that systematically occupy our individual, public, global, physical, verbal, and time space. In this reflection and autodidactic research on the matter, there is the reversal of the classical lines of the past, their sensuality, the beauty of the human body, the painful contractions of Laocont beaten by the snakes of goddesses. Can there be an analogy in the present? if so, what would it be? It would be the commercialization of our daily lives, the marble replaced by plastic, the classic romantic background replaced by metropolitan traffic, the anger of the gods replaced by the threat of the risks that come from the human being's relationship with his product. Contemporary Fossils, provokes everybody's imagination and it is a call for reflection.
