This image is part of a series that represents a search for the incessant need to reflect on our relationship with nature, reliving feelings and emotions through our own personal archive of memories.
Images of landscapes, forests and trees are suspended in a dreamlike state between nostalgia and an in depth research of the abandoned or somewhat forgotten places that have come to resemble distant memories. Memories that activate a profound reflection in its viewer clarifying and sensitizing an awareness of the present in which we live. Our relationship with the earth and the environment are extremely sensitive issues today and these images reflect the exploration of these themes. At a time when we have distanced ourselves from the primitive essence of nature, this series aims to stress the urgent and necessary reflection of who we are and what we have become, through a careful look at the landscapes that surround us.
