About The Artwork
As an artist which is influenced by each event taking a place in her life and around her on a global and human scale, I have created this series inspired by stories of the Greek mythology. By taking pastoral landscapes filled with architectural remnants of glorious ancient empires and contrasting them with tied up animals representing the mighty gods in all their glory, these scenes represent the changes between the ancient world and the reality we live in nowadays, in which the mighty nature is being trampled by technology and progress, threatening the existence of our beautiful planet and the legacy we leave for future generations.

Photography: * Professional photographer since 1980. * 1982: Awarded the Sharet Foundation (American Israeli Cultural Fund) Fine Arts Scholarship for photography. * 1983-1986: Worked as a fashion and portrait photographer for one of the largest newspapers in Israel. * 1986-2020: Director of Studio Shoot, specializing in advertising and fashion photography. * 2008-2020: Photography lecturer and teacher in groups, companies and organizations * Completed studies in design specializing in multimedia: processing computerized photographs and computer graphics. Photographic Process Techniques: * Images are photographed with a classical or digital camera in the studio or in other environments. * Photographs are digitally scanned to computer files. * Digital images are processed, creating a work of art that is completely different from the original photograph images.
