In this project, I transformed lyrics from various musicians into vibrant, surrealistic artworks. Each piece features the musician as the central character, surrounded by a world I meticulously crafted to mirror the essence of their song. By designing and building the backgrounds and props, I aimed to bring the lyrics to life, creating a visual representation that captures the spirit of the music. This series is my way of blending audio and visual art, offering a new perspective on how we can experience and interpret music. This photo was created for the song "Human Error" by Oh Land: "Adding all the numbers correct, no missing digits no real mistakes, just human error."

Amelie Satzger is an award winning photo artist and art director originally from Munich. Her photographs reveal an artfully-arranged visual world, whose motifs often include autobiographical reflections. Inspired by books, lyrics, and words in total, she is able to abstract and visualize them into new artworks.
