This work was first created in 2013, and it's current name - Memoir of the Cold War was given to the work in 2014, before the concept was resurrected, which makes the implications of the name historic by itself. This work's custom print version was exhibited in several events including NEON 15K Volts in Wesbeth. The image depicts digitally enhanced image of the US air carrier Intrepid, serving as a museum in Manhattan, New York and permanently stationed on Hudson shore. The image is made with celebrated Foveon sensor - hence the unusual approach to sharpness, detail and colors of the work. The size of the work with a frame is 11 ¾ " x 11 ¾ " inches. The work is digitally manipulated (modified in terms of composition and color palette) oversized panorama. Prints on various medium and in different sizes (up to 52 inches across) are available. This work is printed on archival grade paper. Recommended framing is deep black frame (see the second image). Other framing options are available.
