Photography by Alonwalrus Model: Edgar Regi Work tribute to Jim Morrison (1943-1971) American singer, songwriter and poet best remembered as the lead singer of The Doors. He attended UCLA and started a rock band that would have hits like “Light My Fire,” “Hello, I Love You,” “Touch Me” and “Riders on the Storm.” He died on July 3, 1971 at the age of 27 in Paris, apparently from an accidental heroin overdose.
