One of the few surviving elms, this image forms part of a series of shots - Arboreality - of favourite trees: From a solitary moonlit survivor to the elegant lines that make up a catherdral-esque avenue .. it is a series taken from various shoots in Scotland and France over the last few years. I love what trees tell us ...of the land they come from, of the prevailing weather, of where the sun shines and much more.. each one unique in figure and animation, each with a story to tell.
