I was born under the Capricorn sign, 19th January, 1957, in Madeira archipelago - half way between Africa and Portugal (mainland). I headed to Lisbon by the year of 1965. The far away childhood memories of the island brought me the love for the not always calm and sweet sound of the sea, for the tropical tastes and colors and, above all, for the nostalgia that comes from contemplating the horizon - and the Imaginary that remains after it. I am an amateur photographer and painter.
