I set up a tripod on the sidewalk in Las Vegas and took several time exposures including this one of the iconic Oasis Casino. The casino was demolished in 2013. I used a Canon AE-1 with Kodachrome 64 slide film.

I became serious about photography in 1983 when I was in ninth grade. My high school had a darkroom, and I developed all of my black and white film myself. I also used Kodachrome 64 color slide film quite a bit. Later, I lived on the east coast and in 6 different countries in Europe where I had many opportunities to shoot in interesting places. My cameras of choice were a Canon AE-1 and a Rolleiflex medium format. I do mostly street photography and am attracted to unusual situations and vibrant color.
