The performance : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22upzK9D0Ig PURE JOY OF BEING_artist's medi(t)ating performance_Ines Drole Nanda I have created painting Pure joy of being' which has given me enormeous satisfaction of timelessness and help me to feel some answers I was searching for….Here is describtion of the painting: A relaxed naked body lies under the floral sky on the cosmic waves and the butterflies (desires ) are set free,a moment of total leisureliness gives us a hint that just our presence of Being is enough and the only way of fulfillment .The flowers are made of veil, each flower has embroidered border,then the flower is ironed to get flat and then glued on canvas, later on painted,too. Painted waves of stripes are cosmic paralels of time,it looks like body is frozen in a moment and it rests in eternity perveading peace Canvas is a 115 x 66 x 4 cm size, mixed media,protected with semi gloss varnish The performance : Is about to reveal to the audience the answers and emotions I've got while creating the painting , not only with the painting but also medi(t)ating: I lay naked under the painting on a flat sofa in an improvisated 'room' with curtain at the entrance…the curtain is pulled of at the start of performance to expose my nudity to the audience and I medi(t)ate to visitors those feelings of creating 'Pure joy of being' making them also become aware how artist gets literally naked with every of his/her work exposed to public. During the performance some my recorded thoughts on a quiet meditative music play. Incense. A camera record the visitors reactions. At the end the curtain is pulled on. The PERFORMANCE : medi(t)ating performance and how artist gets literally naked with every of his/her work Is about to reveal those emotions of creating the painting and answers I've got to the visitors not only with the canvas but also performing: I lay naked under the painting….. expose my nudity to the audience to medi(t)ate those feelings of creating 'Pure joy of being' and also make the visitors aware how artist gets literally naked with every of his/her work exposed to public. A camera record the visitors reactions.My thoughts on ambiental music are played as backgroud: … I ask myself how it would feel pure joy of just Being ..me.. And doing things all the time I really love to do... Being connected to the world ,feel accepted and participate it,accept it… but not being repressed or forced by its social expectations…. And yet.. how to liberate myself of my own expectations I was taught…? Where all distractions come from and how it would feel to be totaly tuned with primal cosmic inteligence… and LIVE divine balance of giving and receiving…. Feel serenity of following your heart… accept and express your unique nature…and live generous aboundance of just Being (you)…
