1 /1 Limited Edition Photograph - Like a Painting - Only One Will Ever Be Printed 40x60 Photograph 43x63 Photograph + White Border 44x64 Photograph + White Border + Frame Printed on archival paper, mounted on archival foam board Framed in wood gallery frame UV Protecting, Anti-Glare Acryllic ___________________________________ Despite what Saatchi says, it will take ~one month to print, frame, and ship this work. ___________________________________ Maybe it’s just my coping mechanism for endless miles of strip malls, but it sure makes walking to the subway a lot more enjoyable when you’re spotting little glimpses of beauty along the way and not just concrete. My current photography series, Overlooked, are photos of everyday urban elements like pavement and utility hole covers, but I try to capture something more–a hidden scene, story, or an unforeseen mood. A seemingly errant street line may appear to be an act of defiance. Gradients of gray on a sidewalk may evoke nostalgia. Yellow tactile paving juxtaposed against an uprooted tuft of grass may remind one of the delicacies of living.
