Brighton Palace Pier, a Grade Il listed pier on the south coast of England. The pier was opened in 1899. Graham Greene's novel Brighton Rock featured the Palace Pier. John Boulting's 1947 film adaptation is set on the pier and at the climax, gangleader Pinkie Brown played by Richard Attenborough falls to his death.
The photograph is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm paper; this paper type has a fibrous finish, similar to a smooth watercolour paper. Prints are signed on the paper border bottom right below the image, and edition numbered bottom left. All prints issued with Certificate of Authenticity.
