The negative for this still life was made using 19th century wet-plate collodion process. After that printed with pure palladium salts by palladium process on 100% cotton paper Arches Platinum. The Printing-out Palladium process uses Palladium and Gold based salts as additive and produces images with superior archival quality and wide tonal range. For each print a piece of 100% cotton special paper (Arches Platine) was coated by hand. The negative was cut in 6 pieces and attach to each print in edition (see detailed images) Dimensions stated are the actual image size not including hand-coating border. Picture mounted in museum 100% cotton and acid free mat, size 30x40 cm with the opening slightly larger than image to show hand coated strokes. A piece of original negative also mounted on the same mat Picture signed with edition number in margin. Limited Edition, 1/6
