Seasons. Part 6. Original work Photograph

I am from Belarus, sorry for my english. :) I have been photographing since the last century, when there were film cameras. It was real alchemy. :) But, once, in 2007, I bought a cheap digital compact camera and my vision turned upside down and I began to feel something, I realized that interesting shots overwhelm our world and to see them, you just need to take your time and a little whiskey, a little :). I really love abstraction in shadows and reflections, it is like jazz, beautiful and not repeatable, and the search for a plot is like an archaeological excavation. You walk, look, search and suddenly ... you find and take pictures and you feel a child's delight! :) This is great! In 2009 I purchased a digital full-format camera and one of my artworks "Russia" (available in my profile) was shortlisted for the Sony World Photography Awards in Cannes. I was the first photographer from the country to enter this photo festival. It was a delight! I was happy! :) It's a paradox, but next year, I again entered the shortlist of this festival, but this time in London. I was happy again! Beauty has no criterion, it is subjective. This is not a sport where whoever is faster / stronger is the first, here is something different. It is impossible to calculate the algorithm of a masterpiece, but if the artist is lucky, he will be popular and rich, if he is not lucky, talent will not save. Life is a lottery. :) I sincerely wish the artists good luck, and the buyers - not to be stingy and understand that the artist is risking his life, as he walks in an unknown direction and his social package in old age may be empty.
