Shockwaves II, 2020 16 x 24 in, Edition of 15 (+2 AP) On the eastern coast of New York, converging tides crash against a rocky shoreline, igniting a violent sense of chaos. An eternal battle between the serenity of the landscape and the crushing waves of water overwhelm the senses. It is in this meeting point that the beautiful fury of the ocean is captured. Photographed with a special lens in Montauk, New York. Printed on Hahnemühle Pearl 285gsm silk-gloss surface with Epson UltraChrome Pro pigments. The print has a 2-cm border to accommodate framing. Image size: 16 x 24 in / Print size: 25.6 x 17.6 in Hand-signed, titled and numbered on the front and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Zephyr Ivanisi is a New York-based fine art photographer. After discovering the art of photography at the age of 14, she studied in Paris at Parsons School of Design and graduated cum laude from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Her work often explores the dichotomy between tranquil urban spaces and chaotic abstractions in nature. Her photography has won numerous awards and has been exhibited in the US and Europe.
