Gerard Harrison is a fashion and fine art photographer based in Houston, Texas. His commercial fashion work is in use on websites, in fashion lookbooks, and in online advertising in Europe, the U.S., and the Far East. His work, fashion and fine art has been published in several outlets, including Forbes, which included the image entitled “Borderland” in an article on the winners of the 2020 Siena Creative Photo Awards. On the other, he occasionally uses very hard light and minimalist compositions to create abstract forms with the human shape. Landscape, his other major fine art category tends to concentrate on the smaller details of a landscape, seeking out the dramatic details of a small pond, a stand of scrub oaks, or the weather burnished form of a long dead tree against a sunrise.
