Plagued by injuries, I made a career switch and I ended up with wolves where I studied there social behavior for years. During that time I started photography. I decided to follow a course as a photographer. In 1997 I graduated. I have been working with animals for years and founded a foundation for animals in need. In recent years, I combine that with photography and digital art. The animals and nature are my great source of inspiration. I live with my 6 rescued dogs and 2 cats in beautiful Drenthe - Netherlands
