Winter on Assateague Island, Maryland, is a vast array of peace. Extensive marshes on one side and long sandy shorelines on the other. And in between, a rich and serene wildlife. This pinto horse was tucked in the tall grass in the early morning hours, maybe resting, maybe hiding, maybe simply enjoying the breeze and the view. Hooves in the water, following a few days of rain, moving slowly with what seemed to be not a single worry in the world. * Part of the 'Equorum' series. Limited edition. Signed and numbered.
