The Duck of the Tuileries image is part of serie taken in the street of Paris that I did in the Jardin des Tuileries in 2015. This photo was taken early one morning when the park opened. This picture was made with my Leica M and my 50 mm, like all the images of my work. The work is printed under my control in a professional lab on 310g Hahnemühle fine art paper with the piezophotography technique, which is an ink-based printing technology composed of charcoal pigments, offering an unequalled quality for black and white art prints. The photo will be delivered with a 11 cm white margin. Each print is numbered (on 14 copies), signed on the back and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. I’m native from Bordeaux (France) and I live in Paris since 1998. I have been a professional photographer for more than 30 years, collaborating with advertising agencies, publishers, celebrities and institutions. Today I’m a kind of multi-disciplinary photographer. From my work of portrait photographer I have evolved to street photography and fine art conceptuel. In my daily life I always have a camera with me that allows me to be able to capture at any time a situation that calls me. I am always listening to the street, constantly in observation focused on the people I meet and on my urban environment. I’m a kind of collector, I'm always looking for the new particular photo to expand my different series. But what prevails above all is this emotional quest for the decisive moment, this feeling of fullness of having captured a photograph charged with meaning. I'd consider myself as an observer and chronicler of modern life, in line with the 20th century humanist photography. I love images of Erwitt, Davidson, Weiss, Franck, Cartier-Bresson, Freed, Winogrand, Meyerowitz… My universe is inspired by the heritage of all these photographers who knew how to document their time.
