About The Artwork

An image first created [2010] when a crises developed between aust-indonesian relations over indonesia's extreme cruelty toward cattle being imported from Australia. This is an ugly form of live-trade whereby Australia sells these poor animals off into countries like Vietnam, Indonesia or the mid-east where they simply do the most inhumane and cruel things to them purely because they are Australian cattle. And its all out of pure unadulterated greed by Australian farmers too self-interested in profiteering from cruelty, whereby these cattle could/should at least be slaughtered in this country using best practice but unfortunately this eats into their massive profits.
